A successful business executive, intrepid adventurer and global citizen, Jaimi's enthusiasm and drive have taken her from the boardroom to the highest peaks on 4 continents and back into the classroom.

Now a speaker, consultant and health expert, Jaimi combines her leadership experience with lessons from the extreme outdoors - moving beyond the comfort zone, persevering, and igniting team engagement - to compel and inspire leaders and teams to pull together, achieve goals and venture beyond their perceived potential to reach pinnacle performance.

Jaimi spent 18 years at Hewlett-Packard in roles that include GM Printing Business Germany and VP Commercial Sales EMEA, she lectures on Intercultural Management at the Cooperative University in Stuttgart, is an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer and the co-creator of the Alphaweibchen Podcast. In addition to mountaineering, she is an avid skier and has heli-skied remote parts of Greenland, Kamchatka and Kashmir, is a certified PADI Rescue Diver with dives in the Blue Hole and the Panama Canal, and has jumped the world’s highest commercial bungee from the Bloukrans Bridge. A US citizen originally from the Pacific Northwest, Jaimi splits her time between her home near Stuttgart, Germany and her Finca in Mallorca, has a husband and son, and travels extensively: 80 countries visited so far.

Jaimi creates theme-based sessions for leadership development, compiling latest research from around the world into compelling modules that help make you the best you can be.
